Mukatnama is written in Sri Gur Ratan Mal book.This book is also known as Sau Sakhi ( Book of 100 sakhis ( Stories ).Mukatnama is 8th sakhi in Sri Gur Ratan Mal book.
It contains some teachings of Sri SatGuru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj and Rehat Maryada ( code of conduct ) for Sikhs.
