ਜਦੋਂ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਨੇ ਪੰਜ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਦਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀ ਬੇੜੀ ਲਈ

This episode is of the time when Satguru Gobind Singh Ji was young. Of course, Guru's age was small but Satguru ji started doing Miracles only after coming to Earth.
So many people come and meet Satguru ji and fulfill their wishes.
In this episode, you will read that a wife of a wealthy person comes with a desire that guru ji bless a son to her daughter-in-law and how guru ji done so.
The Episode begins
One day the wife of a big wealthy person took her daughter-in-law with her friends and relatives to Mata Gujri ji. Guru ji jumped into his mother's ( Mata Gujri Ji) lap while playing the game.
The lady of the rich man made her daughter-in-law to sit in the feet of mata Gujri ji and requested her to ask satguru ji to bless a son to her daughter-in-law.
After that, all the women, with their hands folded together, requested the guru ji that she has been presented for your blessings so that she can give birth to a son.
Please bless her.
Upon listening to all this, the Guru said that if she wants a son, then she has to give me a beautiful boat that she has just built, then I will bless her.
All the women were pleased after hearing this and agreed to give the boat.
The Guru ji got out of the lap of his mother and took a something in his hand and said one, two, three, four and five , and pronounced she would have five sons.
Upon hearing this statement of Guru ji, all the ladies started to offer sweets and offerings.
And went to their home happily while saying "Dhan Guru Dhan balak Guru"
In this way, whoever come to the Guru ji , Guru ji fulfill his desires.

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਚ
ਇਹ ਕਿੱਸਾ ਉਸ ਵਕਤ ਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਸਨ। ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਛੋਟੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਤਲੋਕ ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੌਤਕ ਕਰਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਜਿਵੇ ਕੇ ਭੀਖਣ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋਵੇ ਕਟੋਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਾਂ।
ਸੋ ਇਸਤਰਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਪਾਸ ਆਓਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਣੀਆਂ ਇਛਾਵਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਾਉਂਦੇ।
ਇਸ ਸਾਖੀ ਵਿਚ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਪੜੋਗੇ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਇਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਧਨੀ ਦੀ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜਠਾਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਘਰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਈ ਤਾਂ ਬਾਲ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਤਰਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਅਤੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਬੇਮੁਖ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੈ।

ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀਵਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਗੀ ਬਿਲਾਵਲ ਦੀ ਚੌਂਕੀ ਬੜੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸੁਰ ਤਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਰਾਗੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹ -ਵਾਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸਨੂੰ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸੁਣਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਗੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜੋ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ,ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਹਿਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ। ਇਸ ਪਰ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀਓ !ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਨੂ ਖੋਲ ਕੇ ਸਮਝਾਓ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕੇ।

ਗੰਗਾ ਨਦੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਚਰਨ ਛੂਹਣੇ
ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਬਾਲ ਰੂਪ (ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ) ਸਨ ,ਉਸ ਵਕਤ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਮਾ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਗੋਦ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਬੇੜੀ ਦੀ ਸੈਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਗੰਗਾ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਹੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਆਵੇ। ਮਾਮਾ ਜੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਬਾਲਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਘਬਰਾਏ ,
ਨਾਰਦ ਮੁਨੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਦੱਸਣੀ
ਨਾਰਦ ਮੁਨੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਦੱਸਣੀ
ਜੱਦ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੰਭ ਲਗਵਾ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੈ ਆਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਕੇ ਦੂਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਬਾਣ ( ਤੀਰ ) ਚਲਾਵਾਂਗੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣਾ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੱਜਕੇ ਦੂਰ ਪੂਰਬ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਜਾ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਖਿੱਚ ਕੇ ਸੱਭ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਇਕ ਬਾਣ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵੱਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਡਿਗਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਰੱਖਣਾ ,ਕਿਤੇ ਗਵਾਚ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ , ਝਟਪਟ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਸ ਲੈ ਆਉਣਾ।
